As part of studying the Stone Age Year 3 have recreated cave paintings in art and followed instructions to make their own woolly mammoths.
For Years 3,4,5 and 6.
On Wednesday 8th June Year 3 enjoyed an amazing day at Ufton Court learning all about life in Roman Britain. They followed the augurs to discover how Roman beliefs guided their day; studied Roman artefacts and worked out what they could be used for; tried their hand at building a wall, making fire and preparing wool just as they Romans had; as well as learning how to fight like a Roman soldier. What a great experience!
